In June 2004 Japan Aerospace Group which consists of Japan Aerospace Corporation,Kanto Aircraft Instrument Co.,Ltd. and JAC USA,Inc was reborn as a 100% subsidiary of Itochu Corporation.

Our group origins date back to the aerospace segment of Nozaki & Co., Ltd. They were pioneers in the Japanese aerospace industry when the U.S. Government lifted the ban on the Japanese aerospace industry after World War II. Nozaki & Co., Ltd. aerospace business activities started with the importation of Cessna piston aircraft in 1952. Japan Aerospace Group has now diversified into many aspects of the aerospace field covering systems and products including French Turbomeca helicopter engines, Moog hydraulic products, L-3 security systems and many others. We are proud to be able to serve our customers needs with the leading-edge systems and products in the aerospace industry.

We are especially proud of the distributorship relation we have shared with Cessna near for 60 years because it highlights our long-term commitment to the industry. Our business has continued to evolve on the basis of long-term relationship with major aerospace players of all over the world for many decades.
