| 1999 | Nozaki merged with Kawasho Corporation (later changed its name to “JFE Shoji Trade Corporation”) |
| 2004 | ITOCHU Corporation set up Japan Aerospace and acquired Aircraft Business from JFE Shoji. |
| 2010 | JAC moved its head office to current address, 1-1-1, Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo. |
| 2017 | JAC integrated JCAM into Aircraft Division and established JCAM Center. JAC established JAC Europe Office. |
| 2018 | JCAM Center was reorganized into JAC Aerospace Engineering Center. JAC Aerospace Engineering Center has obtained the certificate of JIS Q 9100/ISO 9001. |
